The small file ISUS.msi is always giving problems to those using Update Manager Installshield.
The easiest way of fixing this problem is to have the file available in your C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield
Then, just save the file in the folder described above.
If the Update Manager asks for the file again, point it to the new saved file.
I recommend saving an extra copy of the file with a different name, because some spyware removers tend to mistake the ISUS as spyware and delete it.
